Today the focus in CEPI is on Gen Z! Thanks to Corinna Crippa of Social Welfare project for facilitating the first meeting in a process aimed at expanding our welfare plan with services that meet the needs of the youngest among us. And thanks to all the boys and girls for their participation: your perspective is essential to grow together!
To ensure transparency, full fruition and personalized support, we run our welfare program in partnership with Social Welfare, a project developed by Consorzio Solidarietà Sociale (Social Solidarity Consortium), a local operator of the Third Sector. To this end, we have created a welfare desk, where our employees can access information and specialized guidance from welfare managers.
