We are delighted to have participated in Welfare Talks, the Welfare Index PMI roadshow!
During the meeting, our CFO Sandra Ceccarelli had the pleasure of sharing two fundamental aspects of CEPI’s Welfare project.
Firstly, CEPI entrusted the construction of the welfare platform to a third sector body which guaranteed us a tailor-made service. Consorzio di Solidarietà Sociale, in fact, has modulated WelfareX according to our needs and including many local suppliers.
Subsequently, Sandra presented a second project, this time related to health. CEPI, in fact, has a collaboration with Ospedali Privati in Forlì,, which translates into simplified access methods to the services available for all our employees, plus training and consultancy from OPF regarding all the possible benefits included in the fund.
Thank you Generali Italia for hosting us and for promoting a constructive dialogue between institutions and businesses, with the common objective of innovating welfare models and increasingly strengthening social cohesion.
