During the Corporate Welfare presentation meeting held on October 30, we started a constructive discussion on issues related to relational, communicative and psycho-emotional well-being.

In this context, Dr. Enrica Severi, already a point of reference for the psychological support desk and a key figure in the Shared HR function in CEPI, together with Welfare Manager Corinna Crippa, led a discussion on corporate welfare and work-related stress, examining three crucial aspects: relational, communicative and psycho-emotional well-being.

The meeting underlined how fundamental it is to cultivate healthy relational dynamics within departments, build trust and promote cooperation between colleagues. Positive communication between different company levels, up to governance, emerged as a pillar for improving interactions and the corporate climate.

The value of structured feedback and discussion spaces was highlighted, tools that allow everyone’s contribution to be valorized and the sense of belonging to be strengthened. This reflection arises from the belief that attention to psycho-emotional well-being and the quality of interactions is not just an objective, but a key element in building a more conscious work environment oriented towards collective growth.
