Blu Donna
CEPI recognizes the many barriers to equality that women face in and out of the workplace, and their difficulty in balancing work and personal life, often resulting in a double burden. In order to mitigate its effects and encourage self-care, in 2019 the partners Sandra Ceccarelli and Stefania Montalti launched BLU DONNA, a parallel welfare program for our female employees.
Starting from 2023, the project expands within the large METALLI NASCOSTI container, sponsored by the company and including evenings dedicated not only to the presentation of the annual program, but also to socialization, dialogue and reflection on the issues of gender equality.

2023 Catalog
Like every year, the project's partner suppliers were selected in our area by Social Welfare, based on their social responsibility and the quality of the service or product provided.
Metalli Nascosti (hidden metals)
During the presentation of the Blu Donna 2023 catalog we also announced an expansion of the CEPI women's program, which will now be collected in the large METALLI NASCOSTI (hidden metals) project.
