L’occasione perfetta per celebrare tutte le donne di CEPI, che da 40 anni ne sono parte imprescindibile, con la loro dedizione, il loro lavoro e il loro talento. Un cuore pulsante senza il quale non avremmo raggiunto questo traguardo!

Non ci sono più le mezze stagioni, aka There are no more mid-seasons. The first meeting of CEPI's "Training aperitifs" took place on Friday 31 May 2024, one year after the flood that hit Emilia Romagna. It was a collective moment to better understand climate change and imagine together how to tackle it. With the collaboration of Chicchiamo, Altremani, Goodcom and Scribing.
The gender equality of our processes has been certified!
Following an audit held on 29 and 30 April 2024, we obtained the certification according to the PdR UNI 125 standard, which involves the measurement, reporting and evaluation of gender-related data in organizations.
A meeting with Forlì’s Women’s Center
On Tuesday 23 April, in the CEPI Food Room, all employees were invited to participate in a meeting with the Forlì's Women's Centre, organized during a union meeting thanks to the coordination of CGIL.
