CEPI believes that the equal participation of women in the workplace is a strategic factor for the growth and development not only of the company, but of the economy and society as a whole. In the past months, we have worked to identify and implement the actions necessary to build a more inclusive and sustainable work environment, and a few days ago we had the pleasure of sharing the Policy and Strategy we developed to integrate gender equality into the corporate culture.

The culmination of our journey is our Gender Equality Decalogue, which summarizes our commitment and our goals in ten points. We wanted to highlight those actions that in our opinion are fundamental to achieving concrete results, illuminating all aspects of gender equality and facilitating communication.
