As some of you know, CEPI’s Ethics Code is built around the 5Ps of sustainable development, which bring together the 17 goals of the 2030 Agenda adopted by all member states of the United Nations in 2015. Goal 5 is gender equality and the empowerment of all women and girls, which CEPI recognizes as an essential element in the affirmation of universal human rights.
We believe that the equal participation of women in the workplace is a strategic factor for the growth and development not only for the company, but for the economy and society as a whole. Aware of the importance of communicating our commitment, we would like to share with you our Gender Equality Policy and Strategy, i.e. the two documents we developed to integrate every aspect of gender equality into our corporate processes and culture.
