The BLU DONNA project was renewed in 2025 with the launch of the new catalog. It was shared on March 18, 2025, when the women of CEPI met for an aperitif at the BRN Bike Cafè & Restaurant in Forlimpopoli for a moment of leisure and socialization.
During dinner, the Welfare Manager Corinna Crippa who is in charge of the coordination of BLU DONNA shared the catalog and all the information necessary for using the services. BLU DONNA is in fact an additional welfare program for CEPI workers, active since 2019, which aims to be a resource to alleviate the so-called double burden of working women, through services that can help them take care of themselves in the way they prefer. The partner suppliers of the project are selected in our territory based on their social responsibility and the quality of the service or product provided.
This event is part of the broader context of CEPI’s gender equality program, which aims to promote equality and fight against discrimination to build an increasingly inclusive and respectful working environment.
