We are women in the metalworking industry: some are still surprised by this, as if there could be things for men and things for women. As if we could really not be up to certain situations. But we are here, celebrating the fruit of our commitment, of our merit. We are every day what we choose to be. And we hope it will always be like this.
We decided to start a series of interviews with the women of CEPI, to reveal them one by one in their complexity and heterogeneity, like hidden metals. And these first five metals have woven a five-voice dialogue in which all our diversities, facets, points of view and ideas emerge. Because telling your story is important.
