NetParty in CEPI! As a networking experience organized by the HUB@FO project, the students of the Forlì Campus of the University of Bologna visited us to explore our processes and to speak concretely about the work in CEPI in all its facets. It was truly a beautiful meeting, which we hope helped our guests to orient themselves in the job world they are approaching!
For CEPI, it is very important to be actively involved in the life of our community as well as the training opportunities created for those who are looking to work for the first time, or to learn a new trade. We have worked with schools and universities since our beginnings: a choice that allows us to give back to out community, to build projects together (such as the design of the production flow in our new factory, built in collaboration with the University of Bologna) and to access new points of view.
Listening to younger generations is essential to stay dynamic and capable of transforming ourselves to meet new challenges. Many thanks to Techne and UniBo for inviting us on this journey!
