Per noi l’8 marzo è un appuntamento fisso, che fa parte del nostro impegno per la costruzione della parità di genere. L’occasione perfetta per celebrare tutte le donne di CEPI, che da 40 anni ne sono parte imprescindibile, con la loro dedizione, il loro lavoro e il loro talento. Un cuore pulsante senza il quale non avremmo raggiunto questo traguardo!

The first meeting of CEPI's "Training aperitifs" took place on Friday 31 May 2024, one year after the flood that hit Emilia Romagna. It was a collective moment to better understand climate change and imagine together how to tackle it. With the collaboration of Chicchiamo, Altremani, Goodcom and Scribing.
The gender equality of our processes has been certified!
Following an audit held on 29 and 30 April 2024, we obtained the certification according to the PdR UNI 125 standard, which involves the measurement, reporting and evaluation of gender-related data in organizations.
